Delete your Orchy account

Orchy is operated by Openhours Private Limited. You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app installed or signed in.

Request deletion

  1. Email us from any address and include the phone number or email used for your Orchy account so we can locate the correct account.
  2. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion. Never send us your OTP, password, or payment credentials.
  3. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will let you know when it is complete, if we need more information, or if limited information must be retained.
Email an account deletion request

If the button does not open your mail app, write to hello@orchy.in with the subject “Orchy account deletion request” and include the phone number or email used for the account.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers your Orchy account and account-linked product data held by us, including your profile, private photo, verification result, conversations, saved memories, weekend preferences, reports linked to your account, and other account-owned records.

Limited pseudonymized safety or deletion-proof records may remain where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Provider-controlled technical logs, security systems, and backups may remain until their configured or provider-controlled retention period ends.
