Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orchy (Openhours Private Limited) runs small-group plans in Bengaluru: Thursday Dinners and Saturday Board Games at partner venues, booked through the Orchy app.

A seat booking fee of ₹50 per person, paid in the Orchy app through Razorpay once your group forms and before the payment deadline shown in the app.

Food, drinks and anything else at the venue are paid directly to the venue. They are not collected or refunded by Orchy.

Garba groups are free. Orchy does not sell Garba tickets.

The ₹50 seat booking fee is not refundable if you cancel after paying or do not attend.

You can cancel your seat in the app before the plan; cancelling helps us offer the seat to someone else.

The ₹50 fee is refunded in full if:

• Orchy cannot confirm your group or venue (for example, the group does not fill, or the venue cancels and no backup is arranged);

• you are charged more than once for the same seat;

• Orchy removes you from a group for a safety reason, or you leave a group because of a safety concern you reported (we may offer a reschedule instead, if you prefer).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after approval.

Orchy sells in-person seat bookings only. Nothing is shipped.
