Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Orchy mobile app, orchy.in, the waitlist, support, and related beta services. Orchy is operated by Openhours Private Limited, India.

By creating an account or using Orchy, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Orchy.

Orchy is an early 18+ Bengaluru beta. Orbie is an AI voice-and-text social concierge that helps you talk through plans and preferences and can remember useful details across conversations.

This release does not promise public people discovery, a social feed, an event, a venue reservation, a payment, or a push notification. Orbie does not silently book or charge. Features can change, pause, or be unavailable while the beta is developed.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to control, and complete the required onboarding and verification steps. The beta opens in Bengaluru first, and access can depend on the app's current location and admission rules.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for securing your device. Do not share an OTP, reviewer credential, password, or other sign-in code. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orbie uses third-party AI services. The app asks for permission before sharing personal information with those providers for the first interaction. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Do not use Orchy to generate or request illegal, exploitative, dangerous, deceptive, harassing, or privacy-invasive content. We may use automated safeguards and human review of reports to block content or restrict an account.

If something is unsafe or offensive, use the in-app reporting path. Orchy is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when urgent help is needed.

You keep ownership of the information and content you submit. You give Openhours and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and reproduce it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Orchy as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to provide any photo, text, audio, or other content you submit. You can review or delete saved memory and edit profile information through the available controls.

A private main profile photo and live face check are used to confirm that a real person matches the selected photo. Do not submit another person's photo or attempt to bypass the check.

Verification reduces some risks but does not guarantee a person's identity, conduct, or safety. The Privacy Policy explains the AWS processing, retention, and deletion controls.

Do not impersonate others, harass or threaten anyone, submit sexual exploitation material, promote violence or self-harm, commit fraud, spam users or providers, scrape private data, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or use Orchy for illegal activity.

You may not probe or reverse engineer private systems except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use reviewer access, internal credentials, or beta-only functionality outside its stated purpose.

Events, venue discovery, public people features, and payments are not active in this release. If they are enabled later, the app will show the applicable status, price, cancellation, refund, and venue terms before you act.

A conversation, suggestion, expression of interest, or saved weekend preference is not a confirmed booking or payment. Venue availability, prices, opening hours, and third-party services can change outside Orchy's control.

We may review safety reports, verification signals, and limited account activity; remove content; restrict features; suspend or delete accounts; preserve evidence; or contact authorities when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

You may stop using Orchy and request account deletion at any time. The Privacy Policy and orchy.in/delete-account explain the available paths and limited information that can remain after deletion.

Orchy relies on network, authentication, AI, voice, cloud, verification, and communication providers. Their outages or changes can affect the service. We may modify, limit, pause, or discontinue beta features at any time.

Third-party terms may apply to components you use, but these terms do not give those providers permission to use your information beyond the applicable service and privacy terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available and without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openhours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from beta use. Users remain responsible for their decisions and conduct in any real-world activity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and other law that applies to you.
