For urgent safety or a suspected account compromise, put Urgent safety in the subject line or use Help & Safety in the app. We triage urgent reports sooner. If you are in immediate danger, call 112; Orchy is not an emergency service.

Orchy is invite-only, for adults 18 and over in Bengaluru. Members get in through a conversation with Orbie at orchy.in/orbie.

Email us from, or include, the phone number or email address registered to your Orchy account so we can find the right account.

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or full card details with anyone, including us.

In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Privacy & data > Delete account.

You can also request deletion on our Delete your account page, even if you no longer have the app, or email hello@orchy.in with the subject “Orchy account deletion request” and your sign-in phone number with country code.

We verify that the account is yours and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Your profile, conversations, memories, connections and private photos are deleted or de-identified; limited financial, safety, legal and dispute records may be kept for their lawful period. Deleting your account does not cancel a confirmed booking or remove a valid refund claim.

In the app, go to Profile > Help & Safety to report an Orbie response or a safety concern.

In an emergency, call 112.

Thursday Dinners and Saturday Board Games may carry a ₹50 per-person Orchy seat booking fee when booking is available. When a fee applies, the app shows it before you confirm, along with the group, venue, date, what is included and the cancellation and refund rules. Food and drinks are paid directly to the venue.

The seat booking fee is not refundable if you cancel or do not attend. It is refunded in full if Orchy cannot confirm your group or venue (for example, the group does not fill or the venue cancels and no backup is arranged), or if you are charged twice. See the Terms for details.

Garba is free group coordination: Orchy does not sell Garba tickets, and independent organisers may charge separately.

For a missing booking, payment error or refund, email hello@orchy.in with the event date and booking or payment reference. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or full card details.
